Destinations and shipping charges
Available destinations and shipping methods will be shown at checkout once ordering opens. Review the total cost and delivery information before placing an order. International delivery availability and any customs or import charges will be confirmed before launch.
Processing and delivery
Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Confirmed handling times and estimated transit times will be added here before launch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking your order
When a tracking number is available, use the carrier link in your dispatch information. You can also check your order status on our Track order page or in My account.
Address changes, delays or missing parcels
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the issue. Address changes depend on whether an order has already been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed or marked delivered but missing, check the delivery details and contact us for assistance.
