Before requesting a return<\/h2>

The store is not yet open for commercial orders. The return window, eligibility requirements, exceptions, exchange options and responsibility for return postage are pending confirmation and will be published here before launch. <\/p>

How to request assistance<\/h2>
  1. Email support@royuxpay.com<\/a> with your order number and the item concerned.<\/li>
  2. Describe the issue and, for damage or an incorrect item, include clear photographs if available.<\/li>
  3. Wait for the return instructions and confirmed return address before sending a parcel.<\/li><\/ol>

    Do not include payment-card details or account passwords. The mailing address on our contact page is not automatically a return warehouse.<\/p>

    Damaged, faulty or incorrect items<\/h2>

    Contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Keep the item and packaging while we assess the next steps. Applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.<\/p>

    Refunds and exchanges<\/h2>

    Eligibility, refund method, processing time and any applicable shipping deductions will be confirmed as part of the final policy before orders are accepted. Once a refund is approved and issued, the time for it to appear may depend on the payment provider.<\/p>

    Cancellations<\/h2>

    Contact support as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on its processing and dispatch status and your applicable legal rights.<\/p>
